Heads present: Cladding (the cladding head has a nozzle surrounding the laser output point so as to act as a coaxial laser cum powder source), Hardening (the hardening head has a special zoom optics built for varying the spot size in regard to both X and Y axes using the 1000 μm optical fibre cable as the connector cable), Welding.
Twin hopper powder feeder attachment present. The powder is fed using gravitational force into the slots of rotating disk, whose rotational speed (RPM) can be controlled. The carrier gas can be any inert gas, helium or argon, or nitrogen is fed to push the powder particles from the powder feeder to the dispenser and later to the cladding head.

Instructions for performing Laser Materials Processing:
In case of Laser Fabrication by using Powder Feeder Method, Powder should be flowable (preferably spherical) with size from 60μm-120μm.
Sandblasting needs to be conducted prior to the slot. Reflective samples will not be permitted.
Head angle should be at least 20 or more.
Usage of shrouding gas should be limited to maximum 3 bar in case of both Argon and Nitrogen.
